Oven-Baked Salmon

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Place the salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter the sliced garlic over the top.

    Lay 2–3 thin lemon slices on top of each fillet. Add a few dill sprigs over the salmon.

    Bake for 12–14 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is opaque throughout. Do not flip. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
